This policy explains how **Legendary Growth Solutions LLP** ("Legendary", "we", "us"), a limited liability partnership based in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India, handles personal data collected through this website. It covers the site only. Work we do for clients is governed by the agreement we sign with each of them.

## What we collect

**When you contact us.** The contact form asks for your name, email address, company (optional), the area you're interested in and a message. We use these to reply to you and, if you want to work with us, to prepare a proposal.

**When you email us.** We keep the email and anything you attach, for the same reason.

**When you browse.** Our hosting provider records standard technical logs, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time, to keep the site running and secure. We don't use advertising cookies or sell any data. If we add analytics later, we'll update this page first.

## Why we use it

We process your data because you've asked us to get in touch, or because we have a legitimate interest in running and securing the website. Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, sending us a message counts as consent for us to use what you share to respond to it. You can withdraw that consent at any time.

## Who we share it with

We share data only with the services that help us run the site and our inbox:

- **Formspree**, which delivers contact-form submissions to our email.
- **Our hosting provider**, which serves the website and keeps its logs.
- **Our email provider**, which stores the conversations we have with you.

These providers may store data outside India. We don't share your data with anyone else unless the law requires it.

## How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't turn into work are deleted within 24 months. If you become a client, we keep records for as long as the engagement and Indian tax and company law require. Server logs are kept for a short period by our hosting provider.

- delete it, or
